Over the years there are many slot machines myths that have somehow made their way into the casino world. An example os such a myth is the idea that in a land based casino the best slot machines are often placed next to each other. This obviously makes no sense as a casinos best interest is to scatter the machines around so that other players can see players winning all over the casino's floor and not just in one specific area of the casino. A further slot machines myth is that a slot machine has a hot and cold cycle and a winning spin will be followed by a losing spin and vice versa. This is not the case as every spin of a slot machine is random and follows no set pattern.
